Aevitas was born from a shared frustration: traditional calendar apps were too rigid, unintelligent, and detached from how people actually work. With deep roots in AI, design, and productivity systems, we set out to reimagine the calendar as a smart, adaptive assistant. Aevitas isn’t just a tool, it’s a dynamic experience that listens, learns, and evolves with you. Built under RU3BIX, the collective where Shriansh, Kush, and Shivam have passionately created a range of open-source tools, Aevitas reflects the same spirit of innovation and purpose.
The spark for Aevitas came when Shriansh hit a breaking point, juggling clashing meetings, rearranging his calendar late at night, and feeling overwhelmed by rigid tools that didn’t understand how he worked. In that moment of burnout, the idea was clear: productivity should adapt to people, not the other way around. Aevitas was born as a smarter, more intuitive calendar system that learns, evolves, and helps you focus on what truly matters.
Our mission is to rethink how people connect with their time, blending cutting-edge AI with thoughtful design to create tools that feel personal and powerful.
